Hi - fellow Alpiners I just moved to London from Newcastle Upon Tyne where Get Carter was filmed. I heard that the car used in the film was actually recovered and stayed in Newcastle for some time after. I really enjoyed driving around the the Quayside, never quite mastered the Michael Caine accent though ! Mark 1964 Series IV GT |
