Hello,
A lot of folks are familiar with the usage of 4-pot calipers from Toyota
pickup trucks to upgrade the front TR6 brakes. However I recently found a
link on a TVR site that said one could use rotors for a 1988 Toyota Cresida
in conjunction with US-spec 1988 4-cylinder Toyota 4-runner calipers. The
advantage of this setup is that the brake rotor is larger and is vented!!!
The only downside is that the rotor hole needs to be opened up a bit.
Does anyone have any experience with this conversion?
