The big silicone gasket works well on the stock cover. I don't remember if it 
works on the cast cover or not though.

cool product but delivery can take awhile depending on how busy Justin is. The 
installation kit is top notch with all the supplies you'll need and good 
instructions.

Hi all,

Out of curiosity - has anyone ever had a groove milled into the bottom
flange of a cast aluminum valve cover to accomodate some o-ring cord to use
in place of the cork gasket?

Any ideas why this wouldn't work?
