You apparently have spark, do you have fuel at the carbs ?

This is no enjoy!
I got my ZS (rebuilds) carbs by Joe Curto. Its looking good now.
But he said to do my "mixture - lean/rich" and the car will be running
good.
I check in Benety and their first saids is "Start". But my TR6 can't
start.
I did these -
put carbs in,
choke is "off",
new fuel hoses,
distributor has new rotor/condenser/points,
all plugs are good (.030). I use my timer light and all plugs flash good.
BTDC is 10 deg.
I check valves (.010) and all good.
I get a new battery (Optima)
But no start.
Did I get good or did I forget something???
