OK-  I used the duct tape approach when I disconnected my carbs and had the
drip:  I shoved a < diameter bolt into the rubber part of the fuel line,
then used a little bitty hose clamp tightened around the line, sealing it
against the bolt..



Cheesy,  but it worked.
