for those who have tried the Miata seats';were you able to get the seats as 
low as the stock seats? I need as much leg room beneath the steering wheel as 
possible.  I've actually alttered the TR6 seats/brackets to lower the seat 
about 1" to clear my fat thighs. I need to replace my stock seats soon,  and 
the 
Miata options seems like a good one compared to refoaming, recovering the stock 
seats....as long as I can get the leg clearance
