205/60/16 on 7" Panas OK?

Hello,

My TR6 is at its absolute nadir...body just blasted, sitting on a jig, frame 
being welded up. As I go up from here, I will need some good wheels to roll 
this thing on. Obviously, I cannot test fit anything right now.

I'd like to use 16x7" Panasports with 205/70/16 tires of some sort. I won't be 
lowering the car or fitting tube shocks. Will these rub?
