Friends: I have decided that after rebuilding my calipers that they'd look cool painted gold. But as I am cheap, I hate to spend $35+ for one of those caliper paint kits. I bought a can of DupliColor gold ceramic engine paint rated for 500 degrees. Would that work sufficiently well on a brake caliper. I do not do autocrossing, so my brakes do not usually endure prolonged high heat use. Any opinions? Jim |
