Just wondering how hot the powder coating oven gets,
and whether this
does
damage to the internals of the brake servo?

Speaking for the powder I am familiar with that we use
in our business, (furniture) it needs to get to 350F
to melt and bond. This is a polyester/epoxy hybrid
powder though that is not suited fo exterior
automotive. No matter what though, you are basicly
remelting grainulated plastic so it needs to get to a
pretty high temp. I don't think any rubber in the
servo would benefit from anything over 220F.
