Many times when you embark on a project like this, you frequently need to
decide which parts to "sacrifice". The pivot bolts can rust to the metal
sleeves in the bushing... one method to try is to "burn" the heads off the
pivot bolts... sometimes this methodology results in burned brackets, but
you already have these (with the new ones).
Another method is to use a sawzall to cut the bolts close to the trailing
arm. You have to be careful with this option, because if you slip you can
ruin the trailing arm. If you cut the head and nut ends off, the old
bracket can just be pried off.
I wouldn't bother trying to press the bolts out, I'd sacrifice them.
