Vance,

You mention that the speedo drive gear must be changed
& is available from Quantum.  

Are you referring to the drive gear inside the o/d
unit or the "driven" gear that fits onto the side of
the o/d?  Perhaps you need both?  I'm lookin' at the
Bentley manual & I see both.

This may help clarify Robert's caution about speedo
cables not fitting.
