Brian,
The TR Register in the UK had something on this not too long ago. You can 
visit the forum but first must register (free) with user name, password and 
maybe 
email. Sounds pretty much like what Dick posted, but his sounds easier. But 
it is another source for fact/confusion...what ever you want to call it.
