Thanks everyone for your help!  I read several places there were two
settings but could not figure out why mine wouldn't stay in one of these
settings. guess I should have given it the old twist! :-)

Does the choke stay out when pulled?  Currently when I pull my choke, I have
to hold it in position. is this normal?
