I am sure glad I asked about lightening my flywheel . I had two machine shops look at the flywheel and both said they could not remove any material from the engine side. One suggested removing it from the friction side, hence my question to the group. Thr one book I don't have is the Kastner manual. I'll check out Rich Seaton's site. Thanks to all for your response.
