Rear Bumper Part Question

There are black packing pieces (plastic finishers) that attach between the 
corner pieces and the center bumper. TRF  and Moss do not have them. Victoria 
British does have them, but they don't distinguish between the left and right 
piece (like TRF does). Has anyone purchased these from VB and are the left and 
right finish pieces interchangeable?
