Restoration Software (no LBC content)

Question a little off the normal subject --Is anyone using software other 
than standard Excel spreadsheets to track their restoration projects?  I'm sure 
their must be programs created for this that go beyond the basic spreadsheet 
function, allowing for image capture, etc. I've seen some that seem geared for 
the more professional shop but haven't come across any that are more hobbyist 
in orientation.
