If Coker owns the molds for the redline tires, it most likely means that Michelin would have scrapped them out. Michelin maintains them for as long as they will produce an acceptable tire and makes tires on order from Coker. Coker in turn pays Michelin for their services in making the tires. This sort of arrangement is quite common in industry. Companies will own all the tooling for a product and have a contractor do the actual production work at their facility.
