I second the motion on that!  Now that's a customer driven company!
Listening and wanting to do something about it!  Which is a very good reason
for this list.  It puts us all on the "pulse" of the hobby as it is the
voice of TR enthusiasts.

I would have to add that I've never been given a hard time, nor had a
question go unanswered by anyone from East Coast to West Coast to the UK.
And I've made many calls for technical info!
