Possibly you could try taking it up with eBay? I know they have buyer and
seller assurance programs, though I have never looked into them. I doubt you
will
get your money back from PayPal, but I would pursue eBay, and if that doesn't
work, pursue the original bidder. What was their reason in the first place
for taking the money back out of your account 2 months later? I would have
guessed that if the buyer/PayPal user that had paid you in the first place was
using an account with zero funds, the transaction would have bounced
immediately.
