RE: clutch cross shaft

I remember that a year ago when (at a GTA tech session) we did some
clutch work on your car the pin didn't fit into the cross-shaft
properly. Mike Munson filed or drilled the tapered hole in the shaft for
the pin to seat properly. I had the same problem with a recent clutch
installation in CF37325U. 
Did the tapered hole in your new shaft fit up correctly. Where were the
parts from the two clutch installations purchased?
