I have a 741/2 TR6 that had an EGR valve. I have removed it and plugged
the hole with a bold. I am now looking for ways to provide more
breathing for the crankcase besides the rocker cover. One option is to
run a pipe from the blank covering the mechanical fuel pump [I use an
electric one]. However, if the where the EGR valve was provides access
to crankcase vapors, I could use it and then the hoses would be on the
same side [I just run the hose to the charcoal canister at the moment.
Have bought a K&N breather filter I am going to try.
Looking for advice,
Thanks,
Chuck
