Al---I don't know any reason that just "changing to new tires and rims"
would cause the camber to change on your rear wheels. This camber angle
is a function of spring rate, length, and angle/position of the trailing
arm brackets. Gotta' be something else that took place here.
Yes, it can be "corrected" by adding spacers (sold by the Big Three,
under their spring section) under the springs, OR probably going to a
different configuration of the One, two, or three "notched" brackets at
the trailing arm connections. You'll have to determine what you need
after measuring the amount of negative camber you have. If the rims are
only 1/4" in more at the top (about -1/2 deg.) than the bottom, it would
still be considered in spec. Might even help in the handling dept!
