Flywheel Bolts Locking Tabs

On the final stretch of my reassembly, I can't find this plate which has
the locking tabs for the flywheel bolt heads. I'm not expecting anyone
on the list to tell me where I left them or  come over and help me find
it, but maybe someone can tell me where I can buy a replacement. From
what I've seen, neither of the big three even shows it in their
catalogs.
