Hugh---The timing cover oil seal should only be a snug fit, and should press in rather easily. A round bar and a block of wood cut to the OD of the seal, and you should be able to tap in the seal. It helps to have a press to get it square, but it can be put in otherwise. If you can, measure the cover and the seal, to see what the fit is. Dick |
