John-I noticed that that the comm. # of your car is quite close to the change 
over to the later style seals (CC29929). Is it possible you have the wrong 
type seals. Look in the Moss catalog for the difference. Also, the pistons 
should not have any sharp edges, all corners should be broken. The assembly 
can be a little tricky(especially the earlier type), but the instructions 
included with the kits are helpful.
