Kastners TR4 comp manual states that as a general rule, the push rods should shortened by approx. 3/4 of the amount that was milled from the head. As a final check, he recommends that with the valve half open, the valve stem&rocker should form a 90 degree angle, and the rocker radius should be in the center of the valve. I would think this would apply to all pushrod engines. Berry |
