Oil Pressures

Hey guys,
The oil pressure on my dash gauge reads about 80 psi when driving normally.
I have the external oil line to the head installed and a oil cooler 
installed. When I run the car I get oil spill out of the valve cover cap (the 
fill cap) as well as the vent on the side of the valve cover(over intake 
manifold). My question is any idea on how to tone down the oil pressure up 
top?
