I had mine done by Lauderdale Speedometer about a year ago for
$120.00.  No problems, and they were totally familiar with the Smith's
unit.  It's local for me, so I just dropped it off, with a week
turnaround.
 I know they do via shipping as well.  Their number is 954-522-4885.
