Ryan,
You have a few options:
Buy a new one from one of the Big 3
Repair the old one
1. Weld washers to pusrod that has correct inside diameter
2. Fill weld the holes in the pushrod and redrill to correct
diameter.
I've done both with good results. YRMV.

Subject: clutch MC pushrod
Hey all,
I have my pedal assembly all apart because I'm having the clutch pedal/MC
pushrod bore re-bored. I noticed that the pushrod to my MC is very limp,
I'd say it has at least 3/16" of fore-and-aft slack. Is this normal? If
not, is there a way I can reduce or eliminate this slack?
