Hi John,
Yes, if you remove the ignition switch, I can walk you thru the process of
extracting the lock barrel from the switch.
Alternately, you might try spraying inside the switch with some Deoxit. We
used that at a former employer when decon'ing UAVs that had water recovery.
It works great on these switches to remove light corrosion and lubricate.
