The vernacular used is so amusing that this would be worth reading even if you weren't interested in Magnettes. The reprint I have is a 6 page folder and didn't fit my scanner very well as I'm sure you'll notice. I frequently saw issues of it and when the opportunity presented itself, I did make a bee-line for Tom McCahill; master of the metaphor. In one of his sage reviews, I recall him describing the capacious trunk (boot) of some new car in terms of how many 1956 Philco refrigerator ice cubes it could carry.
