[Zmagnette] Spare motor

Hi all,
I have removed the spare engine from the shed, finally. The engine data plate is this: BP15HGC  3272.
If I read the info correct (which I probably did not do) I believe this is what I can read:
B= Wolseley
P= 1/2 ton
1= RHD, Home
5= CKD Finish
H= Brown
G= cab
C= Dk. red.
Seems to be an earlier engine. Can I rebuild this engine to put in my Magnette. Turns over and stored over 15 years in the shed. This came out of my parts car that was trash when I got it.
My Magnette engine is ready to rebuild but is drivable and in the car. This engine is on the hoist and I will put it on the engine stand today.
Any help would be helpful. I do have some help in measuring everything to order parts..
