There is a good You-Tube by Steve Denton on the subject here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3c3MFig6jo . I found an easier way to remove the round rubber nubs that hold the bushings in place inside the column housing. Heat a 5/16" steel rod (or cut off bolt) red hot while holding it in vice grips. Plunge it into each nub and it will burn through the rubber down to the steel inner sleeve. Beats drilling them out and you will not damage the aluminum column</span>
