<div>I did up a 1941 Ford in the mid 1980's. I had a good friend who was a State Trooper at the time who ran it up his chain of command. "If you want to drive legally after dark, make sure you have two taillights, turn signals, and sealed beam headlights". That was good enough for me.</div>
