Just A Heads Up...



Starting June 6, 2026, Pennsylvania police will issue a $50 fine (plus court costs, totaling roughly $198.50) for using a hand-held mobile device while driving.



If you cause an accident causing a fatality, it is an automatic 5-year prison term.



If you cause an accident (DUI) with a fatality, it is an automatic 8-year prison term.



This legislation, known as "Paul Miller's Law" (Senate Bill 37), makes it a primary offense to hold, touch, or use a phone, even while stopped at red lights or in traffic.
