[WPTA] Holiday Party update

Dear Fellow WPTA members:

I wanted to circulate this info to confirm that I have received your
payment for the holiday party, and the shirt size that you have selected.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME MEMBERS HAVE REQUESTED TWO SHIRTS, AND I HAVE BEEN
ABLE TO REACH MOST OF YOU TO SHARE THAT ONLY ONE IS INCLUDED FOR EACH
MEMBER/COUPLE. WE WILL HAVE SOME EXTRA SHIRTS AVAILABLE AND MAY BE ABLE TO
SUPPLY THEM AT THE EVENT, FOR A FEE. MORE TO FOLLOW ON THIS.

Please look over the information below and confirm that I have your
information correct regarding number attending and shirt size. If you need

And if you are planning on attending, please consider getting your payment
in ASAP as we need the head count to place the shirt order.
