Well I have some of the knowledge left in my brain, and many hundreds of 
dollars of calibrated brass bits.  But I am in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Yep, the beauty of the DCOE series is they are basically infinitely 
adjustable.  The downfall of the carbs is they are basically infinitely 
adjustable.

Good luck with the car, even if it is an MG!
