Larry - Thank you for returning the agreement. Below is a link for booking rooms online for your group.

You must share the entire link for it to work. You need to instruct your group members to copy the entire link into their search bar and hit enter and the page dedicated to your group will come up. They can than enter the days they wish to attend and reserve it with their credit card.

Please let me know if there are any issues. Of course they can call into the hotel to make their reservations if that works better.

***Unfortunately we cannot do a rooming list like last year as we must have a credit card on file to reserve the rooms***
