I don't know anything about the Edelbrock units so I can't compare them. The UniSyn's have been the "standard" for years on our LBC's and work well. A very simple tool. Keep in mind that you need to disable the linkage between carbs in order to make the adjustments at idle. Once equaled reconnect the linkage between carbs. Short answer is Uni-Syn. I've heard good things about Fowler Auto which I believe is in the south hills.? Not sure about the spelling.? I've also heard good things about Boffo Motors in Beaver county.? Not sure about that spelling either.? Note that I have never used either of those establishments so maybe someone will chime in that has actually used them. That's a photo of the cardboard underneath the car.?The project to replace the seals is far above my skill level and my humble equipment/garage. I'm looking for repair recommendations hopefully near my home in Crafton, so I won't damage the diff driving to a more distant repair shop. Thanks in advance! This is being done in conjunction with the Butler Country Tourism "History Day" event that has coordinated these events with a number of Butler Co. historical organizations. The Butler Chapter of the AACA actually owns and curates a number of Butler built autos including the only existing Huselton (1909) and an original Bantam Reconnaissance Car (BRC) which is the predecessor to the Jeep. We also have a variety of Austin and Bantam cars, all of which were built in Butler. As I mentioned, this event is scheduled from 10 to 2 and the garage/facility is located at 100 Barracks Rd, Butler, PA 16001 (this is the old Kerven Subau building and also houses the office of Rep. Marci Mustello). A number of club members will also be bringing their personal vehicle to this event, so lots to see. Take care Vic P.
