[WPTA] British cars at Hartwood Polo Match September 7th invitation

Hi all,

Not sure of my last email went out or not, but we’ve been invited to have
our cars on display and attend a polo match at Hartwood Acres on September
7th. It’s free to attend for us. We just need to notify Dan that you’re
coming. Details are below. It might be a nice day for you and the Mrs. 😉

I would like to extend a special invitation to you and the members of the
WPTA to join the PVGP for the Family House Polo Matches on Saturday
September 7 at Hartwood Acres from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. This is a
fabulous event that is an ideal way to wrap up from the PVGP and relax with
all the people that helped make it happen.

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is staging a Car Show on the polo field
from 11:00 until noon for our guests who bring a special car. We can’t
think of a better group to represent the PVGP than the WPTA. After the car
show ends at noon, we will convene at our tent to watch the matches and the
PVGP will have a picnic lunch and soft drinks. Please join us and bring
your own favorite adult beverages.

Your entry is free if you RSVP to me, and we put you on our guest list.
Enter at the lower gate on Middle Road (that gate that is closest to Harts
Run Road) before 11:00 am if you plan to participate in the car show.

The PVGP has partnered with Family House for 25 years. Both our
organizations began in 1983, Family House Polo has grown into one of the
most anticipated events in the region. Last year, the outing drew nearly
3,000 spectators.

10:00 a.m. — Gates Open

11:00 a.m. — Activities Begin - PVGP Car Show on field

1:00 p.m. — Polo Match Opening Ceremonies

1:30 p.m. — Polo Match Begins

2:15 p.m. — Half-Time: Divot Stomp and The Sewickley Hunt Historic Parade

3:00 p.m. — Silent Auction Closes

3:45 p.m. — Post-Match Awards Ceremony

4:00 p.m. – Live Music
