Turns out some of my hoses are small enough to fit ok.  So going to keep this one.  I can make it work.  Thanks

Well finally got around to the new radiator I got from TRF.  The top and bottom pipes are a tenth inch smaller than the original and I think the side studs, for the support are metric. Sort of 5/16 x 20 which I think is a m8 something.   About ready to take back and go the rebuild route.  Has anyone used aTRF radiator like this?
Btw bethel radiator doesn't answer?   Thanks before for the radiator shop names.  Can you send them again?  I am in Irwin.

Different subject. Steering bellows

Any tips out there on how to get the driver side bellows up over the lip on the steering box (not sure what that part is called)?   I have about given up!Tried heat (not much though) and close hangar hooks trying to pull it on.  Just don't know why they don't make them for and let the clamps hold them on.  Got the new bellows from TRF.

Don here BillI have 4 tr’s The 3 and 250 have aluminum radiators made sure you use premixes 50/50 regular tap will kill the aluminum. The 6 still has a rad that was bought with it 35 years ago. The 4 was redone 23 years. I think recoring the old is the less money. aluminum ones look nice but not original. Don Pres
