[WPTA] February Brew Tour

In Hermitage, PA, there is a very light dusting of snow on the roads but
they appear to be dry below.  Still remnants of road salt but as long as
the temperature is below freezing (13 deg. at the moment) and dry you
should be OK to drive.  That is if your heater is working.
