I highly recommend Calabro Tire, in Bridgeville. They've been in business for around 80 years and are still owned & operated by the same family. They are quite comfortable with wire wheels.

A new turn of events. The local tire shop I’ve been dealing with now has a young fellow working there. His head nearly exploded when I mentioned wire wheels, liners and tubes. He’s a nice kid and I don’t want to go over his head to the owner who was ok with everything last we talked. I’d prefer to find someone else. Bud, I think you recommended Calabro Tire. Any other recommendations?

Unless you are doing a lot of fast driving, there is NOTHING to be gained from the extra 10mm of tread width, except heavier steering effort and extra rolling resistance. Even if you do a lot of fast driving, you are very unlikely to drive fast enough to realize the small amount of extra grip the 185s MAY give you.
