Union Brothers has some good beers, and good food, but lacks adequate indoor seating.  Zelienople also has Burghers and SchuBrew, which was a destination a few years ago.

Just a note:  there’s a great outdoor brewery/beer garden place called Big Rail just a mile or so east of I-79 at the Grove City exit.  Nice place, big trees, picnic tables, food truck, multiple fire pits, family- and pet-friendly, often with live music on weekends, and great beers.  It’s become our favorite place for a drive in the TR6 on a sunny Saturday.

With the current rain situation, it looks like tomorrow's May 7th run is not going to be a fun time.  Next weekend is Import Carlisle and it is not feasible to postpone the run for a week.  Depending on the actual number who do show up and I have only two people who said they were coming we may just turn this into a Beer Tour.  There is a new Craft Brewery north of Zelienople, Union Bros Brewery. We may go there if the weather does not improve throughout today.  I am even in the opinion of not driving my TR8 tomorrow.  Fortunately this is the beginning of the driving season and here’s hoping we do not have a rainy summer.
