[WPTA] British Car Day 2022 - Volunteers

Hello WPTA Members!

Thank you to all who have volunteered so far…attached, please find your assignments.

Friday (5PM at the site for the Main Tent): 
We’ll assess what needs to be done and at what time, and assign resources accordingly. If it is rainy, we should set up the tent first, then assemble the goodie bags under cover. Otherwise, we’ll do it near the Welcome Tent as usual.

Saturday:
9AM:
Gate registration team and Flaggers at the gate entry. The supplies will be there!
Welcome Tent/Goodie bag station personnel - reach out to me if you don’t know where to be.
Field flaggers report to Jim Stoffel for placement.

12noon:
Ballot counters, please be at the Main Tent and Gary will get you situated at a laptop. We’ll likely even have some ballots to count already.

Please be sure to sign up at the PVGP Volunteer tent, too. If it isn’t open Friday evening, you can do it Saturday morning when you get a moment.
