[WPTA] No Meeting Meeting

 I suppose it won't come as a big surprise to anyone that the No Meeting Meeting had to be canceled due to the new Pa. restrictions.  But what may come as a surprise is that I rescheduled it to Jan 23rd.  I'm not about to let one of our fun, non-driving events, go without a fight.  All details are the same except the date change.
