Wow that seems like a serious case of overreach, there must be more to the story; like she got pissy with the Trooper and he or she had enough. It did say something about an equipment violation. You’re on your way to the park for a trail walk, it just happens you like the trail that’s 50 miles away. The others are boring.
I wonder what statute is being used? Alone in your car how does that differ from a walk?
Believe me this virus is serious stuff and I am taking it serious. But we are getting close to violating some basic civil liberties when stuff like this elevates to this level.
