[VTR] Test Email to VTR chapters

Triumph Travelers Sports Car Club in Northern California here. We're  
listening.
 
We've had some discussion about encouraging Jonmac to arrange his final leg  
from the South San Francisco Bay Area to Triumphest/VTR in San Luis Obispo  so 
we can caravan with him.
