[Vintage-race] Anyone Use Saenz Rods?

In the past I heard of some people using Saenz rods as an alternative to
Carillos.  I've been trying to reach someone at Saenz/Top Enterprises of
Miami for days.  All I get is voice mail.  Despite leaving messages, I
haven't yet received a call back.
 
Does anyone know if these guys are still in business?  Are their rods any
good?
