<div dir="auto">I've had good luck with a small sharp chisel and a small hammer. They aren't all that tight, so once you get them moving, the bolts come right out.<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I parted out a car that had an intact set of twist-off bolts and domed caps.
